By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:
Carrier delays
Customs clearance
Weather conditions
Holiday volume
Incorrect or incomplete address information
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.
SECTION 5 – ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from:
Incorrect address entries
Missing apartment/unit numbers
Undeliverable addresses
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
SECTION 7 – DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us.
We will:
Review tracking status
Contact the carrier if necessary
Provide guidance on next steps
Carrier delays are outside of our direct control.
SECTION 8 – LOST PACKAGES
A package may be considered lost if:
Tracking has not updated for 15+ business days after shipment, and
The carrier confirms it cannot be located.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer:
A replacement shipment, or
A refund, at our discretion
SECTION 9 – DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
Check with neighbors or building management
Contact your local carrier office
Verify the shipping address on your order
We may assist in filing a carrier claim; however, we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.
SECTION 10 – REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship

Orders may be fulfilled through various domestic or international fulfillment partners.
Shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.
