We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unopened
The original safety seal must remain fully intact
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
SECTION 3 – HYGIENE & PRODUCT SAFETY POLICY
Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our products:
Opened, used, altered, or tampered items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy is enforced to protect product integrity, customer safety, and quality control standards.

SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Provide clear photos of the product
Provide photos of the outer packaging
Provide a photo of the shipping label
Failure to provide documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
SECTION 7 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Products returned after 30 days from delivery

If tracking shows a package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
Please check with neighbors or building management
Contact the shipping carrier for assistance
We may assist with carrier claims; however, we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
